Refund policy
As you were notified when purchasing travel-related services on www.lessno.com, Lessno service fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable. However, recognizing that occasionally you may face truly exceptional circumstances, we are willing to review all completed requests for refunds and refund fees charged by us (Lessno service fees) when appropriate.
Airlines and other travel services providers charge separately for their services and all such services have been billed separately on your credit card, debit card or charge card. Lessno cannot refund any such charges or any other charges or fees made by any party other than Lessno. Therefore, we can only refund the fees designated as “Lessno fees” on your Lessno receipt. If you wish to request a refund of any charges other than Lessno service fees, you must communicate directly with the Airline or other travel service provider making such charge. Under no circumstances will Lessno become involved with any refund request relating to fees charged by any party other than Lessno.
We will review requests for Lessno fee refunds only after you have requested and received a refund from the Airline or other travel services provider which issued the ticket or other travel services document in question. We will not issue refunds for tickets on which travel has commenced or which have been purchased more than 90 days prior to the date when the refund was requested.
In order to review a request for refund, we require the following information:
- Completed and signed refund request form with detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstances that necessitate a refund of the Lessno fee.
- Proof of refund of the underlying Airline or other travel services provider charges relating to the Lessno service fees (e.g. a credit card statement, a letter from the Airline or other travel services provider, or a refund receipt from the Airline or other travel services provider).
- Supporting information for the exceptional circumstances (e.g. a note from your doctor in case of a medical emergency).
Please send all requests and supporting information via certified mail (or courier) to the Lessno Customer Care address above. Once we receive your request, we will send confirmation that your refund request is complete or a letter asking for additional information.
