In order to provide the best in customer service, we may ask you to share personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. Lessno would like you to understand our policies and procedures regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
Your California Privacy Rights

Disclosure Information.
We will respond to all such written requests within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not more than 150 days from the date the request was received. We are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.
Personal Information Collected
You may visit the Lessno Website without providing us with any personal information.
Membership Information
You may become a registered online user, or "member" of the Lessno Website, Becoming a member allows you to complete a travel purchase on our Lessno Website at any time. When you register to become a member, you will be asked to share with us certain basic personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, and password. If you choose to do so, you can provide additional information which may assist Lessno in providing travel services to you, such as credit card information, frequent flyer numbers and travel preferences. Provision of such additional information is, of course, voluntary. Based on the information you provide, Lessno will create a member travel profile for you. You may update the personal information in your member travel profile at any time. Completing and updating your personal information will help us tailor our services to best meet your travel needs.
Transaction Information
In order complete a purchase at the Lessno Website, you will be asked to provide us information required to carry out the transaction, such as billing and shipping addresses, credit card number and expiration date, etc.
Email Subscriptions
You may choose to receive our special travel offers via e-mail even if you are not member. Upon signing-up for this service, you will be asked for your e-mail address.
Participation in Lessno Contests and Promotions
You may participate in contests and/or sweepstakes or other promotions sponsored or held by Lessno without becoming a member, completing a purchase or subscribing to receive our e-mails. Upon entering a contest or sweepstakes, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information.
How Lessno Uses Personal Information
We will use your personal information in the following ways:
When you purchase travel products or services, your personal information will be shared with the third parties necessary or advisable to successfully complete the transaction -- including the vendors you have selected (for example, airlines, hotels, baggage transfer agents, travel insurance providers, etc.) and others who facilitate the transaction (such as your credit card issuer).
As a member or guest of Lessno, from time to time, you may receive communications from us or from third parties performing services on our behalf. Such communications may include: (a) specific information relating to your travel requests or arrangements, such as any notification of flight cancellations; (b) notifications regarding updates or modifications to our Lessno Website; and (c) details regarding any special offers sponsored by us, such as rewards, rebates, sweepstakes, and gift promotions.
As a member or subscriber, you may also choose to receive from us, or third parties acting on our behalf, special promotions that we believe may be valuable to you, including, without limitation, e-mails promoting special travel deals, sponsored by us or third-party vendors.
If you participate in a contest or sweepstakes, your personal information may be used by us, or third parties acting on our behalf to process your entry and fulfill any prize awarded to you.
From time to time, in an effort to improve our service, we may ask third parties to conduct marketing-research analyses on our behalf and, as such, the information we provide to them is restricted to marketing-research analyses only. Any personal information we provide to such third parties is protected under confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose your personal information (i) if you fail to pay amounts due for travel products or services; or (ii) if you violate the Terms of Use of the Lessno Website or any governmental, regulatory or other enforcement agency law, rule, or regulation. In the event that our Company or this Lessno Website or certain of our assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.

To subscribe or unsubscribe to our e-mails, you can update your Lessno member profile on the Lessno Website at any time. Also, you may unsubscribe to our e-mails where indicated on our e-mails.
No Rental or Sale of Personal Information to Third Parties
Lessno will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Online Security
Security of our customers' personal information is important to us. As a member, your personal information is password-protected. If you ever forget your password, we will help you create a new one. Remember to log out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished visiting our Lessno Website in order to ensure that others cannot access your personal information.
To protect personal information transmitted to us, we utilize security systems to protect date held in and used by our databases and systems. We permit authorized personnel only to access personal information.

Information of this nature does not pertain to your specific identity and is not associated with your personal information.
